A licensed California real estate agent since 1983, Jeff Bruno's industry credentials reach back to his crib - both his parents were successful Bay Area brokers with specific expertise in Contra Costa County.
Raised in Alamo and a graduate of San Ramon High School and UCLA (B.S., Economics), Jeff's first career role was in handling property management and project coordination duties for a Walnut Creek developer. Subsequently, he began investing in and improving single-family homes and small apartments.
Jeff's residential brokerage career began by focusing on buyer representation; he now manages a book of business balanced between buyers and sellers, homeowners and investors. A tenacious client advocate, Jeff thoroughly enjoys the art of negotiating and the pursuit of exceptional deals. It's probably something he picked up from his Dad's 'win-win' negotiating philosophy. Jeff recognizes the awesome responsibility of being trusted with his client's real estate affairs and promotes smooth transactions through friendly and open communication.
A devoted husband and passionate father of three amazing children, Jeff is active in several San Ramon Valley community groups. Favorite pastimes include hiking, gardening, and reading. Should you find yourself in his car touring property, expect to hear of some of his milestone life accomplishments including: being nominated MVP at the San Francisco Giants Fantasy Camp; winning a tanning contest judged by fellow bon vivant George Hamilton while at UCLA, creating his own electricity with a photovoltaic solar system on his roof, cutting his daughter's umbilical cord, and closing five real estate deals in one day.
